Winter came to Stuttgart (Germany)

Since the time I moved in Stuttgart, Germany I haven't experienced extreme winter like the ones in Chicago. My In-laws also told me not to expect such huge snow pile-up like the ones in the US because we're located in the southern part of Germany. Most snow pile ends up in the Alps.

On the other hand when we do get enough snow, I get such breathtaking views such as these:
